Buxton Clothes Swap

To celebrate Sustainable Fashion Week 2024, we’re throwing a Clothes Swap party at St Peter’s
Church Hall, Fairfield Road, Buxton, on Thursday 26th September, starting at 6:30pm.

Entry is a suggested donation of just £5 and includes a glass of sparkling wine or soft drink before the
swapping gets underway at 7pm. Please do arrive on time so we can organise all the donations.

We hope to do related kids clothes and even men’s clothes swaps in future but we’re kicking off with
this ladies clothes, shoes and accessories swap so bring along up to 5 items in clean and good
condition, on hangers please, browse the rails of other items donated, and take home a new
selection to refresh your wardrobe. Further items may be available at the end of the night for an
additional donation and there will be a fitting room with the odd mirror to check out your new look!
Clear out unworn clothes and enjoy new items and styles you wouldn’t otherwise try, reduce
environmental impact, maybe try an upcycling project and have fun with friends old and new, all for
a good cause.
